Yoga found me during a time when I needed it most. On the mat, I discovered something I did not expect -- not just stronger muscles, but a softer heart. A way to befriend my body instead of fight it. A path through my own emotions toward genuine peace.

That gift I found, I now offer to you. Every class I teach comes from a place of deep understanding that your body holds not just tension, but stories -- and that movement and breath can gently release both. If you are carrying stress, wrestling with big feelings, or simply ready to feel more like yourself, my classes are a sanctuary.
