Monday: Vinyasa Flow
Time: 9:00 AM
Duration: 75 minutes
Move with intention and breath. A flowing, dynamic practice that awakens strength and creates ease in your body and mind.
Good for: Building cardiovascular health, relieving held tension in the shoulders and back, and leaving you with the kind of calm that carries through the rest of your day.
Wednesday: Hatha Basics
Time: 6:30 PM
Duration: 60 minutes
Slow down and truly arrive. A grounded practice where you have time to feel, breathe, and listen to your body.
Good for: Anyone new to yoga, anyone returning after time away, and anyone who needs a reset from a fast-paced week. Consistent Hatha practice builds postural awareness and steadily improves flexibility.
Friday: Vinyasa All Levels
Time: 7:00 PM
Duration: 75 minutes
An accessible vinyasa practice with options for all experience levels. Deepen your practice while honoring your body.
Good for: Increasing strength and endurance, improving coordination, and ending the week with a genuine sense of accomplishment. Friday evening energy becomes something productive.
Sunday: Restorative Yoga
Time: 10:00 AM
Duration: 60 minutes
Release tension and restore balance. A nurturing practice focused on rest, recovery, and deep relaxation.
Good for: Sleep quality, nervous system recovery, and managing anxiety. Students frequently report they sleep more deeply the night following a Restorative class.
